Those are HREs. Unless they are copies. South County Autosports has the same set of 19s on their Focus. They have been running them for almost 2 yrs. They are forged and they will build them to your specs ( width, offset, etc)..

Kinesis wheels are even nicer, and they will custom build wheels for you as well. check it out here http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/
