Thats what I've been hearing lately. So the 2.0L Zetec, 2.3L Pzev, and the 2.0L and 2.3L in the Mazda3 and 6 are mazda designed engines. And the only differences are the Pzev equipment on the Focus and the VVT on the Mazda's. But bottom line the are identical engines.
