Dude, hold your horses.
First of all, the Focus is not a copy of anything.
Actually it's the other way around.
It was VW that copied Ford's 5 year old rear suspension for the new gen Golfs and Jettas.
Second, have you ever had a chance to look at the VW problem forums?
VW's reliability SUCKS!!!
