I used the same washer from the original smashed together piece, had to center in manually with a screw driver while putting it on, then torqued it down. I think I might have found 2 99+ Mazda Miata axle nuts, going to try to pick them up at lunch and replace em tonight. I might even have time to notch the axle and pinch it down!
