I'll let you know how I make out. Here's my starting point from Tod's post above:

Both are pretty straight forward conversions and require new hubs, bearing, spindles, hoses, rotors, caliper, caliper brackets, pads and hardware.

Dumb question but does anybody know if the Knuckle's are the same(disc-vs-drum)? It appears they are but just wanted to make sure.
