Please add me to the list LemonGT. I just got off the phone with customer care and nothing will be done to help me. $400 later, a revised tumbler and 2 new keys will be installed by Middlekauff Ford in Plano, TX. Without this being done, I cannot get back to NOLA. I will pursue legal action and this was the last straw.....I'm getting a Nissan...F$%@k this car. Boris Palacios
