14's will fit any 2000-2004 Focus except an SVT because of it's larger brakes.

All 2005 Focuses have larger brakes (but not as big as the SVT's 300mm's), so 14's may not fit on these.

Nobody's sure of the '05 ST as having 300mm brakes; I think they do.
