The Cougar rear disk swap has been thought of since the Focus first came out, and it's still impossible to do. Don't waste your time.
As for the BAT kit... be careful with that one. Last I heard, they chose the wrong piston sizes in order to use some off-the-shelf Mustang calipers and the resulting pedal feel is bad.
