Add mine also. This is bull****! My wife was skiing yesterday with a car load of kids and it locked. 200 km's away. Sat there for an hour and everything was closing. Luckly a guy happened along and offerd some assistance. My wife was in tears and near a nervous break down. He got it to turn eventually. Hats off to him. Wish I could give him my thanks.
Ford should have the balls to deal with this and save some face. I know I will be telling everyone I know about the problem and not recommend the car to anyone. I also have a clunky front end noise. Sounds like a chuckwagon.
The car has less than 95,000 km's .
