If you want to sell your xcal1, you'll need to use it to flash your car back to stock. That will unlock the xcal1 so that you can sell it and somebody can use that tune on their car. This will also put your stock tune back on your car so that when you use your xcal2 for the first time it will have a factory file to download so that you're able to go back to stock if you need to at some point.
