I was refering to swap a duratec 2.0 to a 2.3 duratec.

I completely understand the concept of driving a car with more nimble handling and finesse. In fact, now that I have the new suspension pieces in, and the new BFG's are on; HDPE's are in my sights for sure.

I just don't comprehend dropping 5000 bucks to gain only a few hp right off the bat. Sure, I agree with the potential, and have read up a little bit (just a tiny bit, in the faq's) about the duratec motor's capabilities. Wouldn't it just be a better idea to get a motor from an auto-recycler and DIY?
