ok, i have good size turbo on my car (gt30r) this turbo for my car is good from 16psi till like say 28 psi (not sure on the high number yet). they most likely have a bigger turbo than me and also two of them. so to get those turbo running good they should be putting around14psi at less. YES, that alot and alot other crap got to be changed out. i just think 6 psi is just a tease for these big power cars.
on my car still somewhat tuned. i put my turbo to 6psi and high boost at 14psi. at only 6psi the car still feels normal, wooooo i can hear the bov thats about it. now the 14 the car wakes up, it feel like a v8 with some work done.
i would put a new clutch in those cars and raise the boost another 6 to 8 psi. that would be a moster from hell. those car have to hold some boost. if our cars on CAST piston (come on ford, CAST) can hold 20+ psi. they can hold 12 to 14 psi.
