Default Re: Fuel Filter

do I have to do this on an empty tank? i live in an apartment complex and was wondering, last thing i need is fuel all over the parking lot. Thanks. Oh i have 65k and this hasn't been changed, i was told by the local oil shop place that theywould charge $75, but i figured i could buy the part and do it for way less. heck tranny oil change was 99k, i passed. lol
