Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Connect the relay terminal marked "On/Off Switch" to the orange/blue wire of the dome light.

Connect the relay terminal marked "Ground" to the side of the switch that connects to the main bulb.

This should put the cathodes in sync with the dome light.
