the good thing that came out of season 2, was when using new cars, they were ablet o gauge not necessarily "fastest" but "faster than stock". so on the performance side....it's the tuners ability to increase performance, rather than who has top #'s.

and there are so many damn choices out here for EVO's, where in Socal, there are like 2 mini tuners and 2 focus tuners.....so it makes it easier to narrow things down a bit.
