Supposedly, with anything over 24 mm you're running the risk of messing up your rear control arms. They are not strong enough for a bar that sturdy.

Steeda also suggests running a larger front bar. They say that a rear bar that large could produce oversteer.


I personally have the Progress 26mm and so far so good, but we'll see over time what can happen.
