We have customers that rev their engines over 8,000 rpms with these gears. Someone would need our billet oil pump gears, upgraded valvetrain, and a upgraded clutch kit.
Someone needs to make sure that their pressure plate will hold up to the task. If someone has an svtf, any of the new clutch kits from Clutch Masters or Spec kits would be able to do it. If someone has an focus zetec mtx75, I would recommend the Clutch Masters FX650 or the Exedy Stage 3 hyper single.
It is also imported to upgraded the valvetrain to make sure their is no valve float. I would recommend doing at least this on the
zetec.
