well the 30 spools about 250-400 rpm faster than the 35 bt the I got a really good deal on its bb all the fittings for 500 brand new a 30 cost 1250 so I got that turbo and yes its a garret. now for the boost I would think a bigger turbo would make more power at same boost as alittle turbo. and the 400 mark is just there if I can hit 450 I will
