Im talking bottom line. If you set your boost controller to 25psi youll only get 25 psi no matter the turbo..as long as it can support it. Then instead of using CFM i was saying how much faster it moves, etc. I was not saying that a larger and smaller turbo will push out the same CFM at the same boost level but the opposite. What i was saying is that if you want to run say 25 psi bottom line a turbos size will effect how fast the airflow is pushed...CFM.
