Mine has done this for 20,000 miles and 2 track days.

I think the thing you are hearding is the lack of insulation that was in the old strut bearings.

I really don't think it is a problem and when up in the air on the lift everything is tight and shows no signs of rubbing.

I have the Koni adjustables, LCR race plates and H&R Race Springs also.
