they probably arent warped, just have pad material built up on them.... If the pads were dragging as much as you said, they probably got super hot just while driving, so when you'd stop at a stop sign or light, the material would "cook" onto the rotor. You can get them resurfaced and they'll be fine. Or re-bed them and I bet they'll clear up.
