The website is 24 hours, but we work Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. You made the order Sunday night. I processed your order on the next business days on the 14th Monday. I did not have any problems with processing it. Monday is always very busy for us, as we have to process 2-3 times more orders than a regular day.

We received a large amount of orders over that weekend. We tried our best to send out all the packages possible on Monday. We were not able to get all the packages out on Monday, as we had more orders than normal. Some of the orders had to be shipped out on Tuesday.

Your order did ship out on Tuesday. We did send out an e-mail with a completed order confirmation with tracking number. You also should of received an e-mail with the tracking number on Tuesday. If you log into your account online, you will see it was completed order with the tracking number showing it did ship out. You should have received an email from DHL on Tuesday with the tracking information for you package, which showed it shipped out. The completed order confirmation would of been on Wednesday. You should have received those e-mails, so my guess is maybe you enter the wrong e-mail on your order or our e-mails went to your junk e-mail filter.

We sorry that we were not able to ship your order out on Monday. I hope you understand that we were not physically able to ship your package out on Monday.

I think we do a good job in general with shipping out packages. I ordered stuff myself from other companies for other things and seen where most take atleast 1-2 business days to process an order. We try to do better than most with trying to get stuff out the same business day while other are longer than that.

The best thing to do is to call if you have any questions. Someone can ask will the package ship out on Monday if it going to ship out Tuesday I would like to have it shipped a quicker method. Someone can put a note in order when they place it in the special order instructions field telling us they need the pasts before Friday to call.
