it will fit with the hatch closed, but it would be really close during opening. I think you'll be ok, as the wing is indexed back a little bit from the edge of the hatch.

I had a rack, but never put it on with the f2 wing.

the easy way to test it, would be to get an allen wrench and take the studs out of the wing, and temp mount it to the hatch with masking tape or something easy to remove. then open it.
