Back ones on 4 door you have to kinda angle it to get to it. Just make sure you don't loose it. Here's a trick: poke the screw through the corner of a sandwich bag and then wrap the bag around the screwdriver and you won't loose your screw when you poke it through the opening of the door. when it's tight, just pull the bag and it will come right out.
