You need to purchase multiple Focus RS cars in order for it to be legalized here in America. If you are just one person who wants to bring the RS over, you still need to get at least four other cars for crash testing (yes those other Focus RS cars you buy will be crushed), and then you need to get the final RS converted and inspected to U.S. standards and regulations.
Replicas are nice but having the real thing is more rewarding from an enthusiast standpoint but not in a financial standpoint.
