Well, i went back through my taillight wiring and fixed it so that its using the cars' existing wires and not wires spliced into anything. Plugged it all back into a new hazard switch and all the turns work now, but I have no clicking noise, lol.

That I can deal without. I have a long trip back to the parents in NY tonight, so we'll see if the fuse/switch holds for the trip.
