I'm frightened to ask, but what are you powering those speakers with? If you're running them and the factory speakers directly from the head unit, you are going to run into problems down the line.
This is going to sound mean, but I'm being honest. Throw that hatch cover out and buy a new one. Then read up in the audio Forums and start over. You seem to have kept the car pretty clean, so I don't know if this post is a joke, or if you just don't understand the concept of more speaker does not equal better sound yet. Also your wiring looks to be twisted wires covered in blue tape hanging down into a hatch with a bottle of nitrous? That's not safe at all.
Component speakers, or at least upgrades in the factory locations come first, then a subwoofer if you require more low frequency coverage, then you look at amplifiers to run yout front soundstage. I wouldn't even bother hooking up the rear door speakers in a car anymore unless I had a 4 door and took on passengers alot. Most SQ comp champion cars have only a set of components in the front, and thier amplifiers and subwoofers in the back, that's al you need for a stereo system (2 channels)
Like I said, and will likely be restated by some others, take it out and look into some other setups before you start again. Again, no offence intended just being honest.

Like he said he wants it to be different. plus theres not enough power going through those speaker to cause any rattling. the car looks great. oh and if he has speaker in the back then adds subs later and get everything set up correctly he will have more voice than bass if he has the hatch open with the cover down. and for you info the reason i know this will work is because i have done this to mutiple Focus' in where I use to work. All i have to say is great work Greg
