I would go thule or yakima. You can probably find a used set of load bars and/or bike carriers cheap on craigslist or ebay and just buy the "feet" and lock cores new from a shop.
If you check the manufacturer's website you can get a complete list of the necessary parts with part numbers for your vehicle.
