It has 135K on it, still gets 30-34mpg on the highway, and I believe it is on the original DPFE.

The 'stumble' feels like the a/c kicking on and off, or a big breeze hitting the car over and over, but it is fairly subtle.

Should I replace it?

Thanks

What year is your car? If its not a DPFE, it might be a fuel pump issue which is covered back a hidden recall depending on your build date for your car. Check with you dealer using your VIN.
