There are some brackets specific to the ATX kit that a 5-spd kit wouldn't have. The ATX kit also requires the use of the DS relocated oil filter mounting - the 5-spd kit is PS mounted. The MAF tube was also slightly different (1" longer IIRC).

PW/Mahle Powertrain is the only place that would have the parts (if they still do).
