I assume you're talking about what I said 3 years ago.
And unless we're talking about the intersection between two suburban cul-de-sacs, with average daily traffic counts of oh say 10, I've still never seen an uncontrolled intersection in Chicago. If you know of it, let me know. After thinking about it (for 3 years, obviously), I have seen some on country roads I suppose, where there's 5 miles of straight blacktop and no houses in any direction...probably seen some out there and never really thought about it, since there's never any traffic anyway.
The whole thing seems like a pretty silly concept to me. If people can't be trusted to stop at stop signs, how the hell can we trust them to stop when there is no sign at all? lol
