Re: Water/Methanol on a JRSC non SVT
Probably a 100 mL/min which is the black nozzle. The yellow one is 60 mL/min which is a touch too small. The green is a 175 mL/min which is probably too big. It all depends on then engine and which controller you use. There are some guidelines for anticipated horsepower -vs- nozzle size but they are only rules of thumb.
All of the nozzle ratings are at 60 psi pump pressure. If you use a progressive controller like the Stage II MAF and peg it to the max pump pressure of 150 psi, you'll see about 50% more flow from whatever nozzle you have installed. So the black nozzle that flows 100mL/min at 60 psi will flow 150 mL/min at 150 psi.....roughly.
Only tuning will tell what you need. The Stage II kit I bought came with 2 nozzles I got the black 100mL/min and the green 175 mL/min nozzles. If I had your setup, I would order those with the kit. I highly doubt you'll need the little yellow one. You'll most likely wind up using the black nozzle.
