lol... it's like youre arguing against an invisible arguement, as if someone in this thread keeps telling you that nitrous is flammable. you just keep focusing on nitrous igniting. unless i missed something, nobody in this entire thread was making the claim that nitrous was flammable, and nobody claimed that an overpressure burst can create a fire. i know that nitrous is indeed a non-flammable liquid. you can literally blow out a flame with a stream of nitrous.
however, you CAN absolutely have an explosion with NO FIRE INVOLVED, and THAT is where the danger of having a bottle heater left on lies. if you have a bottle heater left on, the bottle pressure can rise to beyond safe levels, and the bottle can literally explode from excess pressure if the safety valve fails.
