The problem is the K&N kit. I have seen this before. I literally did a data log at one of our dyno days on a car to see what the deal was. The fuel trims are thrown off, probably because they have changed the I.D of the MAF sample area. Not a good design. It can be corrected with ECU programming. Not all cars are effected, but yours is one of them obviously.
