High power NA zetecs have always been doable. However, for the money involved, unless its is primarily a track car, it isn' worth it. Building a 200 whp NA zetec is not as hard as a lot of people seem to think (good mani, 11:1+ and some gnarly cams) it just isn't practical. The power will be wicked high rpm for a zetec (think 7600+) and you'd need a fully built engine to handle the compression and high rpm (big $$) . As for the ITB's....you can make'm fit without the velocity stacks. Most people chose to boost, because for around $3.5-4k you can make 200+ whp without any other mods.
