for the record, my car was PWSC, the blower came off, and the turbo went on with the new owner. It has a Fluidyne radiator, full samco hose kit, 180* thermostat. overkill, yes. but the stock radiator developed a leak, and my warranty covered the fluidyne replacement (cost me 50 bucks, installed

).
The stock fans just kind of sat in the notches provided by the fluidyne, and I didnt know it at the time. part of the shroud broke, so I just ziptied it at 6 different points around the radiator and never had a problem for around 2 years or so.
I acquired the FAL fan about a year ago and never used it, so at this point it is the option we have that I have right now, as my parts car does not have the fan assembly. The dual fan FAL or SPAL setups are much more expensive, and he isnt planning on using the A/C anyway. The fan I got flows 1150 CFM if I remember correctly, so its no slouch.
I dont think we used enough zip ties for that stock fan on the turbo setup.
