I do not have pic, won't help you anyway as obvious you do not understand the system. You have to decide to run low speed part time on/off with temp sensor, high speed on all the time (with A/C), or make up your own high speed part time on demand by cutting out the resistor. Pic won't address any of that. I'm assuming of course stock harness up until fan shroud connection. Since you have a separate fan assembly (no resistor) and assuming no A/C, see if you have green/white wire. That one can be used as power for on demand, temp sensor turns it on. If you have green/blue, use it for power on all the time (for A/C). Both will be high speed (full 12 volt) since you bypass the resistor. Those color codes for '00 model, don't know if they carry over into later years. The ground wire you can attach to a good ground point anywhere.
