Yes, the car is still street legal in Virginia - your local rules may vary. However, all of the airbags, street seats and belts are all included, as are the glass windows and window lifts. It also has a cat that can be unbolted and a straight section of resonator dropped in it's place (that's how I pass emissions ;-)

It has Sparco race seats on both sides, so it can be used for HPDE purposes as well.
