Im am trying to get the side seatbelt brackets unbolted so i can remove the backrest of the rear seat. The reason why i have to do that is so i can unloop the elastic holder for the seat belt.

My problem is that these bolts are not budging at all. Is there any secrets or trick of the trade to get stubborn bolts to move?
