Probably, but it might be kind of hard to add it from another Ford. I know in my parents' Expedition it's intertwined with the car's ecu. But all it really would take is the sensors, some sort of computer-thing to turn the system on and monitor/calculate the distance the car is from the object and alert accordingly, and a speaker. Hell, you might even be able to wire it into the door-open chimer if you can find it lol.
But my only question is why? The Focus isn't a very big car and is easy to see out of, and I think those sensors are fugly. Plus your car is beautiful and having them, I think, would detract from the car immensely.
