When I installed my
SVT Brakes Kit on my ZX3 with Clint and Rick two years ago, it arrived with:
1. front brake hoses
2. 2 front axle and 2 rear spindle retaining nuts
3. new bearings installed in knuckles, but I had to press the new hubs into the bearings in the knuckles. A simple HF press did the job nicely.
4. don't remember! Someone at Tousley will know. Ask them.
