Hey Tony

Do these clear bumper lenses come with bulbs? How about installation instructions?

Do you have any of the "smoked" colour type ones?

Yes, they do come with bulbs. I have never been able to find the smoked ones. I do recall a customer buying clear ones and using a "blackout" spray to get the smoked look.
