I purchased this adapter from you a while back and I am also considering an autometer electric fuel pressure gauge (Sport Compact Series). Do you know if this gauge's pressure sending unit can screw directly into this adapter or do I need a braided SS hose to relocate it first?

All the Auto Meter electric fuel pressure senders we have seen are 1/8" NPT and will work directly on the fuel rail adapter. You just need a bit of Teflon tape/paste and you're good to go.

The sending unit will hit the EGR crap if you still have it on though. Take the EGR off and you can screw right in!

I installed the fuel rail adapter today and tried to screw in my oil pressure gauge sending unit for a test but it is hitting against a wire harness. It can only screw in a few threads before it hits the harness. So if the fuel pressure gauge sending unit is the same size it won't fit either. It appears I may need a braided fuel line to relocate it first.

Just thought I'd post a pic of the fuel pressure sending unit in the adapter

The oil pressure sender is about 10x bigger than the one for the electric fuel pressure. If you are having any fitment issues you can buy 45 degree or even 90 degree male to female 1/8 npt elbows to turn it another direction.
