AEM makes one for the alternator but I don't think it gives much gains.

The zxtuner one is an overdrive pulley whereas the AEM one is an underdrive one.

I think my tensioner pulley might be going out again, getting an awefully loud squeak from that area. If this is true, this would make 2 tensioner pullies in less than 4 months since getting supercharged.

The AEM is an underdrive pulley which is larger in diameter whereas the Zxtuner one is an overdrive pulley which is smaller. They are totally opposite in regards to their functions.

hey army i think you might have a bit to small of a belt on there if your already burning out another pulley. I actually put a bigger belt on my car and have less belt slippage now being that the pulley is getting to actually do it's job instead of being maxed out all the time.

I've gone through 3 pulleys over the lifetime of my car ('02 ZTW) and I don't have a supercharger. One of the two pulleys was generic and it lived the shortest. The other pulleys were OEM as were all the belts.

Anyway, I really hate that sound when the bearing goes - it's like my car is wheezing.

CFM, please let us know the latest on this piece. I need one.

I was thinking about this a little. How hard would it be to mock up a tensioner bracket for those of us with superchargers that is tightened via a bolt instead of spring tension and or one with a heavier duty spring?

A spring loaded street tensioner is best suited for street applications. There is a limit as to how tight you can get the belt before it starts creating excessive load on components. So a non-spring loaded tensioner should only be considered on a race application where premature component wear is not as critical. We are working on this and hope to have a solution sometime in the future.
