I got mine few days ago and it's a very nice piece. I'm going to put it to the test in a few days. I'll let you know how it works out.

The web site says these are out of stock. Any ETA on the next batch?

Hello all. I've read the thread line by line, and from what I can see, the actual pulley is awesome. However, my problem with my supercharged focus isn't the actually round pulley, it's the force of the supercharger slamming the el-cheapo Saturn SL-1/Gates, etc. tensioner pulley spring so that, like a paper clip that's been bent back and forth too many times, it's been weakened and no longer holds tension. In other words, for owners of Power Works supercharged cars, it's not always the bearings that go, but the spring.

Is there any remedy from C-F-M for this possibility? I just pose this as a general question for further inquiry and thought, not as any demand. It'd just be nice to have a top notch part from C-F-M instead of the crap shoot that is parts from other manufacturers!

Cheers,

--Scott

on the last one, i dont really know....i downshifted on the highway, heard a kinda clunk, then the car wouldnt rev. Thought I just broke the belt, but it was the tensioner, the damn pulley snapped right off the housing. But on the PW cars, the pulley does weaken alot faster than other blower cars, because it came off a freeking Saturn..... I have been looking into possibly having a billet one made, but that would be cost prohibitive for a one off unit, so if anyone can make a better one, then I truely belive every PW owner will buy it when thiers breaks.
