Where are you all getting the smaller Vortech pulleys at?

The smallest I can find is 2.62.

We get them custom made. We have one 2.2" in stock right now. Keep in mind that the belt will slip a little the smaller you go beyond the 2.62"

Yes, it will work with Vortech, ProCharger, JRSC, and PW. It will net an average 2-3 psi which should be anywhere from 15-30whp with a proper tune to compensate for the extra psi.

Do you guys have or can you make a 2.3in SC pulley for the ProCharger? McNews says the 2.3in pulley will push the PC up to 15psi. He says he has them in stock, but I'd rather give my business to you guys, even if you have to custom make one.

Procharger was able to find a 2.25 pulley, but hey don't have a 2.3 inch pulley. $83.00 + shipping for that. PM me if you want to order it.

I'm thinking I may be ordering the 2.2" pulley here soon after I install the front mount intercooler on my Vortech.

How close does the belt get between the two idlers? I have maybe 1/4" right now with a 2.62 pulley.

As for belt slip, I have a solution to that....VHT.

The distance isn't going to change enough to create a problem.

No, the pulleys are different for every brand. Custom pulleys start at $99.95.
