I see that you can get black or silver. Is this true? I thought is was only available in black.

I will be ordering one later this month.

We made a very limited amount of silver ones for those who HAD to have silver. Not sure how long they'll last so don't wait too long.

I was just playing with the "selling techniques" thing.

I was going to wait to order the black one, but the "very limited amount of silver ones" comment enticed me to order sooner.

I just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying having a good motor mount. ALSO I must say that it controls vibration MUCH better than the VF mount.

I liked my VF mount VERY MUCH and it lasted OVER 2 years of my abuse.
BUT
I must say the CFM mount actually lined up better than the VF mount has LESS vibrations than the VF mount and looks better! (The last one is just my opinion but thats worth money)

I just wanted to say THANKS for making such a good product and getting it to me in such little time!

How are these holding up to the high torque motors? I just recently snapped my stock mount with prothane inserts, and the PW guys say they snapped several VF and MAC mounts, and they have gone back with the stock mount.

Is there a warranty on these?

Im not sure how much Torque im putting down but the VF was down in out in less than a month of my N/A built motor. (It had prior years of wear) But the picture on the website does not do it justice. This mount is SOLID.

We just started shipping these so there are not that many out there. We're very confident that ours is stronger and will last longer than any of the others available.

I believe we're going to offer a one year warranty.

huh... does anyone know if these will fit a Mazda3 2.3l? I think their engines are about the same as a D23...

I just got done at the track and let me tell you. This mount hold up to a LOT of power. (First time I got my focus to the track since 2004) I have a Quaife LSD and I was spinning ALL the way through the top end of second gear. This thing lets you put a lot or power to the ground.

Ummm the cfm mount fits perfectly and is much thicker than the vf mount. The piece of metal/aluminum they used dwarfs the piece VF used.

Ordered a silver one I hope this gets rid of the clunking noise I've heard for so long. The big end of my stock mount with Prothane inserts has dropped, pushing the insert up and out of the mount.

Anyone elses mount fit really tight on the transmission side of the mount? Mine seems like it will and I don't want to force it in.

I had that problem and wrote about it on the fanatic http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...threadid=96088

You might have to buy a new bracket too. Vasaline won't help I took off my bracket and tried a mallet to get them together didn't work. I NOT asking you to do the same.
