I was thinking of increasing my compression with the fc piston 10.2 to1 over the stock zx3 with eagle connecting rods. Should I run a thicker head gasket if I decide to go with the powerworks sc?..as to not blow the head or engine?

If you get it tuned you should be fine SVT CR is 10.2. but personally i would just use SVT heat gasket that drop you CR about 0.5 so you would be around 9.7 which is ideal for PWSC
good luck |

neither...get custom grind SC cams, or get a set from ZX3tuning, he has them made specifically for a roots style blower.
