From the LCR site
LCR's race camber plates permit up to 2.5 degrees of negative camber adjustment*. The unit comes with a pillow ball bearing encapsulated in a solid steel housing. Primarily for use with coilovers or high spring rate systems in high performance street or track use. A wide range of camber settings can be achieved.
The street camber plates provide up to 2.2 degrees of negative camber adjustment for those that want an aggressive street setting. On lowered street applications that are experiencing extreme tire wear, the street plates also offer positive camber adjustment approaching or reaching 0 degrees (depending on the amount of lowering). The street plate is identical in design to the Race plate, but encapsulates the pillow ball bearing in a polyurethane cushion.
