cfm high volume oil pump

alright just a few questions. How hard is it to change the oil pump out when the engine is still in the car? Do you just have to take all the stuff thats in the way off such as the accesorie parts and pulley and stuff like that or do you have to drop the oil pan down as well. I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to need to pull my engine to do this or if i'll be able to swap the part out with the engine still in and if you need to drop the oil pan to do so as well. I'm already replaceing my timing belt while i'm doing this and I'm also putting on a 5.75" damper pulley from Ray so i'll be down to the oil pump anyways.

So what all is needed and about how hard is it to install. Also does the new oil pump come with a new gasket as well?

Since you're changing the timing belt, it will be much easier. You will need to drop the oil pan to remove the oil pickup from the pump and then the windage tray . Gasket is sold separately.

so is that going to be affected by te tranny as well. aren't there some bolts that go into the windage tray from the tranny or am i mistaken? I guess I'll be ordering a gasket from you then.

I believe there are 6 bolts that go from the windage tray into the trans. That is not a problem, there are a few more holding the trans to the block.
